Solset Wellness · Brand kit & digital style guide

A warmer welcome.
A clearer experience.

An elegant, grounded system for a wellness brand that brings beauty, health and personal attention together.

This foundation carries Solset’s existing identity into a practical website and email system. It keeps the recognizable sunburst, expressive wordmark and warm neutrals, while making everyday content more consistent and easier to use.

Calm and personal

Give content room to breathe. Write like a knowledgeable person welcoming someone into the clinic. Explain the next step without pressure.

Refined and clear

Use generous serif headlines, readable geometric body text and restrained bronze details. Let genuine people and spaces carry the story.

Foundation 01 is a proposed digital extension of the supplied identity. It does not redraw the logo or identify the original wordmark’s font. Global account styles and the live website are unchanged.

01 · Identity

Let the original mark lead.

Solset horizontal black logo on an oat background

Horizontal light

Use in warm, light headers, stationery and email openings. Keep the supplied Oat background visible until a transparent master is available.

Solset horizontal cream and bronze logo on charcoal

Horizontal dark

Use on charcoal header and footer panels. Match the surrounding panel to Charcoal so the image boundary is unobtrusive.

Solset stacked black logo on white

Stacked signature

Use when a square or portrait composition gives the sunburst breathing room. Preserve its white background.

Space and scale

  • Minimum clear space: 25% of the artwork height on every side.
  • Horizontal artwork: at least 240 CSS pixels wide; 280–360 pixels is preferred.
  • Stacked artwork: at least 180 CSS pixels wide.
  • Keep the W E L L N E S S line readable at the final output size. Use a larger mark when needed.
  • Preserve aspect ratio. Do not recolor, stretch, outline, add shadows or retype the wordmark.

Use the right original

Photo 2 is the practical light horizontal option; Photo 4 is the tighter dark horizontal option; Photo 5 is the stacked black option. Photo 3 is an alternate dark crop. Photo 1 includes large outer margins. Photo 6 has very pale lettering on a baked-in white background and is held for source reference rather than routine use.

All six supplied files are JPEGs, with opaque backgrounds. Keep them as originals. Request SVG/PDF or transparent PNG masters before creating a standalone sunburst, dark-background stacked mark, favicon or print master. A JPEG placed on a dark panel does not become transparent.

02 · Palette

Warm neutrals. Quiet contrast.

Charcoal and Cream carry the experience. Oat provides a softer supporting surface. Bronze is a deliberate detail rather than an all-over metallic effect.

Working balance

Begin with roughly 70% light neutral space, 25% charcoal or photography, and 5% bronze accents. Treat this as a composition guide, not a quota.

The flat Bronze token is a selected digital companion to the logo’s tonal bronze treatment. It is not a claim that a gradient has one exact color.

Readable combinations

Charcoal on Cream: 15.48:1
Charcoal on Oat: 14.24:1
Bronze on Cream: 4.77:1
Stone on White: 5.75:1

Calculated for these solid sRGB colors. Normal text should meet at least 4.5:1. Avoid cream text on white, bronze gradients behind copy and pale text over photographs.

03 · Typography

Bodoni Moda.
A timeless editorial voice.

Elegant contrast, fine serifs and expressive proportions give Solset a warm, editorial presence. Bodoni Moda leads the headlines, paired with Jost for clear, comfortable everyday reading.

Headlines · Bodoni Moda 400

A distinct editorial voice.

Use Regular for page titles, feature headings and occasional pull quotes. Keep headlines short, give them room to breathe and preserve the original Solset logo.

Use built-in kerning and automatic optical sizing. Begin with zero additional letter spacing. Use the supplied Medium weight only when extra emphasis is needed; avoid synthetic bold or italic.

Body and interface · Jost 400 / 500

Care starts with a conversation. Find clear information, explore your options and choose a next step that feels right for you.

Use Jost 400 for paragraphs and 500 for labels, navigation and buttons. Reserve 600 for short emphasis.

Use sentence case for headings and buttons. Short eyebrow labels may use capitals. Set body text left aligned, with a comfortable 55–65 character line length.

Spacing and readability: keep font-kerning: normal and font-optical-sizing: auto. Review headlines at their final size. Do not manually spread the logo letters.

Headline stack: Bodoni Moda → Georgia → serif. Body stack: Jost → Arial → sans-serif. Email uses Georgia and Arial for reliable inbox rendering.

04 · Layout and rhythm

Consistency lives in the spacing.

Page structure

  • Maximum content width: 1200px, centered.
  • Horizontal gutters: 32px desktop; 20px mobile.
  • Section padding: 96px desktop; 64px mobile.
  • Column gap: 32px. Stack columns below 768px.
  • Text measure: 65ch maximum; avoid full-width paragraphs.
  • Header target: 80px desktop; 72px mobile, increasing if logo legibility requires it.

Spacing scale

4 · 8 · 12 · 16 · 24 · 32 · 48 · 64 · 96px

Use 8px between a label and supporting text, 16px within a small content group, 24px between related elements and 32–48px between distinct groups.

Breakpoints: mobile below 768px; tablet 768–1023px; desktop 1024px and above. Test at 320, 390, 768, 1024 and 1440px, then at 200% text zoom.

A clear content order

One H1 explains the page. H2 headings introduce major sections. H3 headings organize details. Keep essential service information as HTML text. Use images to support the message, rather than as containers for whole paragraphs.

05 · Components

Small details. Familiar actions.

Buttons

View email example

View setup plan

48px minimum height. 12px vertical and 24px horizontal padding. Jost 500, 16px, 0.02em tracking. 6px radius. One primary action per content group.

Forms and cards

Labels stay visible above fields. Use 18px entry text, 12px × 16px input padding and at least a 48px field height. Never rely on placeholder text as the only label.

Cards use 24–32px internal padding, a 12px radius and a subtle neutral border. Avoid heavy shadows, repeated decorative frames and gradients behind body text.

Photography

Favor real people, welcoming spaces, natural skin texture and warm neutral light. Keep a consistent crop and color temperature. Use client and provider images only with the appropriate permission.

Words and accessibility

Be welcoming, specific and factual. Explain options and next steps. Avoid fear-based urgency or promised treatment outcomes. Give informative images useful alt text, keep keyboard focus visible and honor reduced-motion preferences.

06 · Email system

The same brand, built for the inbox.

Reliable email specifications

  • 600px outer content width, fluid on mobile.
  • 32px content padding desktop; 24px mobile.
  • Georgia headlines: 36px desktop, 30px mobile, 1.15 line height.
  • Arial body: 16px, 26px line height.
  • Logo: 280px wide, with explicit width and alt text.
  • Primary CTA: at least 48px tall, with a clear destination.
  • Footer: 13px, 20px line height, with readable preference and unsubscribe links.

Email clients do not reliably load web fonts. Georgia and Arial are intentional system-font equivalents, not a mismatch to repair with image-based paragraphs.

Saved-section library

Use these names when saving native email sections: SW | Header | Light, SW | Intro | Editorial, SW | Content | Two Paths, SW | CTA | Appointment and SW | Footer | Contact. Keep business details and required preference links editable.

07 · Implementation reference

One foundation. Applied deliberately.

Keep the token names consistent when the approved system is applied in Canva, GoHighLevel and website components. The color swatches, displayed hex codes and working colors on this page reference the six SW Brand Custom Values in Settings. Update those values to change this reference. Original logo pixels stay unchanged. A saved Brand Board does not automatically restyle every existing page or email.

  1. Review the foundation.
Confirm palette, type choices, logo use and an email example with Jake and Kim.
  2. Prepare the source assets.
Obtain vector or transparent masters where available. Keep the six supplied originals intact.
  3. Configure the platforms.
Add the agreed colors, fonts and logos to Canva’s Brand Kit and GHL’s Brand Board. Apply website-level typography and styles deliberately.
  4. Reuse and verify.
Save native email sections, apply components to a staging page, and check desktop, mobile, keyboard access and real inbox rendering before rollout.
